Material pack

Materials I have been making in Substance Designer throughout the semester for procedural material development. I was going with the gothic cathedral theme throughout, and decided to show them off together.

For the first material, I made a tile floor that would be found in an old gothic cathedral. I played with the shape language to break up uniformity, and added wear and patterns to enhance the visual look.

Continuing with floors I decided to make tombstones, with also an appropriate amount of wear and damage. Since the stone itself looked crude, I elected to add a marble frame for a more “elite” look. All text is customizable through parameters.

The final material, and also the largest in scope, is a fully customizable stained glass generator. You can see it posted separately here:

For a separate project I made a trim sheet for gothic cathedral walls, focusing on decorative elements and pillars. I was taking advantage of splines a lot for this material.
